I originally created this ring back in 2019. I was longing for a solitaire that was more than your classic 4 or 6 prong setting. I wanted a work of art, an heirloom that would be passed down and cherished for generations. This is when the Octagonal Solitaire was born. I originally created three; white, rose and yellow gold, all with sapphires. Over the years they found their forever homes, one as an engagement ring, one as a personal power ring, and one as a push present.

Now its time to welcome these two new iterations. The MOST incredible bi-colour blue/green sapphire in 14k white gold and an ethically sourced Canadian white diamond in yellow gold. Both round brilliant stones are surrounded by a bezel setting in an octagonal gold halo with magnificent hand engraving. The octagon spans 13mm across the finger in all directions and the band tapers to 2mm under the finger.

As with every hand engraved piece that we offer, the uniqueness is one of a kind and two will never be the exact same. Hand Engraved by Master Engraver Ron Batten.
